The Taylor YMCA, in conjunction with the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago, is now offering a Head Start Preshcool Program in Elgin for children ages 3-5. We welcome children with special needs. Our center promotes children’s development through services that support early learning, health, and family well-being at no cost to parents. Our main objective is to prepare young, economically disadvantaged children and their families for success in school and life.
